branthwait signs, sent straight to Belgium for a season, spends send season in Lyon, comes home ready for first team action.

Alternatively, man owns multiple clubs and happy for them to exist at midtable level and pull in the tv revenue.

Dont think would change much maybe help us bring in lads from brazil loaning them out to get in early before joining here. Also if clubs interested in a player would give us an advantage for talks but honestly dont think it would make a difference. Can see lyon fans and us wishing for more than mid table

That is it with the new stadium and even now is so many ways the club can bring in extra money to the club that is even before getting into fixing the structure on and off the pitch. Really need somebody to bring in freah ideas and take this club out of the past, this guy has come out and talked about the club but would expect more to join him

Doesn’t really matter, unfortunately football doesn’t work like that anymore. It’s all about what the club can bring in and what contacts he has to try and help in that way. Newcastle could probably buy every club in the league with the money they have, but they are supposedly needing to sell just to buy. Ridiculous rules.
 
Are we assuming that we would be at the Apex of the multi club tree. Lyons have greater current revenues than us and without belittling the French
Ligue greater prospects of CL place and other success.

Players want to play in the Premier League, they do well, they get a big move. That's were the group make money. Premier League teams will almost certainly sit at the top of all group structures.
