It seems to be the prevailing thought that Textor is raising hundreds of millions and bringing in investors to buy Everton.

Yet it's said Moshiri is only getting a few million. So then is Moshiri getting paid a lot more for his stake, or is Textor then planning to pay off the debt immediately?

No one seems to have taken a blind bit of notice @Neiler @pfim to the words in this prospectus

But that shouldn't come as a shock to anyone.

Moshiri has checked out and loaded the club with the kind of debt that simply can't continue. Chong said about 8 months ago the stadium finance was all but done, me and @Neiler discussed this as it wasn't the case and we ended up needing more loans from 777 AND the Freidkin group to get to where we are now.

He's an interim CEO of a company where he's been thrust front and centre and is little more than a mouthpiece to tell everyone everything is fine whilst the good ship Everton is sinking.

You don't need to be a financial expert or a business mogul to see that Everton have been and still are up the crapper until the debt has been restructured and a takeover complete
