From my limited understanding their debt came from the stadium and from during covid, Textor came in an got it refinanced in 2022 and needed to sell non core assets.
Which all sounds quite familiar doesn't it..

If reports are true that TFG wanted a minority stake, they may very well be trying to leverage Moshiri in some way shape or form with their contribution. Would they be able to stop a sale? Knowing Moshiri he is dragging Textor along as well so it may not even come to that.

Doubtful. He's made it clear he wants full control of a club, he's been trying to gain control of Palace. This just might be the last try before he moves on to something else.
It probably does mean that the Textor-Moshiri deal isn't as close as thought.
