He can't be staying, time to get shut and bring a kid in from the academy.

Will lose faith in Frank if he decides to keep him

We need someone to come in for him first though, that I think is the problem,I'm sure Lampard knows who he wants out but with this lot and the mismanagement of their contracts a number of them will be happy enough to "sit tight".

He should go out of respect for himself

He was that bad he was going to single handedly relegate us. He was making errors leading to goals every single game. Had Mykolenko not emerged the way he did, Kenny would have sent us down. He is so so out of his depth in this league.

Not every player in the squad will start every week. The squad will need players who can accept being part of a squad, getting some games through injury or suspensions .
Kenny could be such a player , will not be hugely expensive and allow the club to concentrate it's limited finances in areas that far worse than left and right back.
At left back we have Mykolenko, Godfrey and maybe Nkonkou(although I feel he will be released)
At right back we have Coleman, Patterson and Holgate can cover there as well.

Midfield is the area we need to strengthen, both defensively and creatively.

I think saying he was going to single handedly relegate us all is a bit harsh.

If we release him we dont need anyone to come in for him and he can negotiate a better deal as there is no transfer fee
