Jonjoe Kenny

Jonjoe Kenny is a great utility player and it would be a shrewd move to give him a new deal. Lots of fans saying Farhad Moshiri should back off and let Frank Lampard do his job; well Frank Lampard has offered the lad a new deal, so maybe the fans should STFU and let him do his job also.

No one asked

It all depends on his wages. If the equivalent player (2/3rd choice backup) at most other prem teams demand a similar wage then it might be pointless to get rid of him. We might only replace him with a player of similar caliber and wage demands.

Trouble is, usually this kind of player is younger and has potential. I don't see anything to suggest that he'll drastically improve or push the players ahead of him to preform better. Whilst 25 isn't that old, you would have expected to have seen some sparks if usefulness by now. He'll be almost 30 when he leaves this club, his whole career for a Premier league team when imo he's a league 1/ championship starter.

Think people need to remember we just don’t need him. Like we have full-back cover on both sides even if he was never born.

I'd offer him a new contract on the proviso he goes straight into the transfer list and is gone by the end of the transfer window. Easy 1-2m profit.

he’s probably staying on what ever he’s on

…”great“? My word.

Sandy Brown, Kevin Richardson & Alan Harper maybe but you’re having a laugh including Kenny in that category.

Not the time to be looking to spend an exorbitant amount o fullback cover with Patterson, Seamus and Myko. Can play both in a bind, and won't cost a lot. I hate that I'm saying this, but it's just where Everton are financially.

He can't play both though, he was absolute toilet no matter where on the pitch he was used. It's just nonsense that people are pretending he has any use at all.

He really truly honestly isn’t!

Club are terrified to tell us this aren’t they.
Either that or JJK has turned it down and will be on the retained list, seems odd that the contract offer has been known for 2-3 weeks and nothings agreed, surely if he’d signed there’d be an announcement straight off

I checked, we normally do it when the Premier League do it, as yet no word from the Premier League, there must be a cut off date for them to make it public or maybe the Premier League waits till everybody tells them whats going on.

I could probably read the rules and find out, but like hell im doing that for JJK.
