SOmeone needs to get hold of him and smack him around the head and tell him to just focus on keeping and stop acting like an arrogant t1t. Otherwise he'll be bombed out like Pep bombed out Joe Hart. Pickford has the attributes, his shot stopping and reflexes are incredible. But his mistakes are basic. Not helped by a lack of leaders in front of him, but consistently missing crosses and parrying shots to attackers are not going to be acceptable for a club who expects to do better and for country with decent alternatives

There has been plenty of call the last few days for him to be dropped from England no1 for the games coming up, so if that's not a sign he needs to sort himself out im not sure what is.

Send Pickford off to either Oz or Ireland for a season playing Ozzy rules or Gaelic football, there he'll learn the basics of catching a high ball, protecting himself under pressure,ball distribution everything a keeper should have but clearly Pickford doesn't. Difference is City can afford to drop a player on high wages when he's playing badly. Any of our managers will feel obliged to play him due to his wages\contract and the fact we won't be able to move him on easily.
