Methinks winning player of the year and the world cup have swelled his head a bit, he thinks he's superman and is making basic mistakes because he thinks he's so good he doesn't have to concentrate properly. He need to have a good look in the mirror about his on field antics.

Pickford has an increased save percentage but after 30 league games last season he had not made a single error leading to a goal. He has conceded 49 goals compared with 42 and has kept eight clean sheets compared with seven.

Now I know some think he was just as bad last year, but that is quite telling. Is it mentality, is it coaching, is it form? whatever 'it' is it needs sorting out.

When you see pickford doing these sorts of things .... and we have Duncan Ferguson sat on the bench the romantics among us would be thinking he would be pinning the lad up and shoving the Everton badge in his face saying "ya listen here ya little meff... you play for Everton not the the dog and duck - get ya heed right or I'll get the rave on right on your face"

Sadly I don't think it's the case at all. If Roy Keane was coaching United players that would happen.... sadly I think big Dunc only got stoked up wearing a blue shirt on the pitch

Yes, it would be nice if he at least once turned up and played like a professional GK.

I’ll never understand stuff like this. Why would Roy Keane scare anyone into doing anything? Because he’s an idiot? He’s a midget. Being intense on the pitch and an a-hole in real life isn’t going to motivate anyone.

Whoa there. Most would love to have? He’s 12th I think he league in save percentage. His distribution is poor. His performance as a keeper this year is objectively mediocre at best.

His on field attitude, which I think is sadly missing in the modern era, doesn't translate well to management. What I'd give to have someone like him in the middle of the park and in the dressing room though.
