I think he'll defo be off. He probably knows his days are numbered at Everton and being so close to the monsters across the park who could blame him.

If he goes straight back in on Saturday then that is another questionable judgement call from Ancelotti I’m afraid.

I disagree, he has fired the warning shot to Pickford.

He either gets the desired response (a lift in performance) or he struggles again at which point he has every right to make Olsen the new number one.

This is a good man management style, that would ripple through the squad. You got your chance, you didn't perform, don't complain that you're now on the bench.

If he makes another error at the weekend, can you honestly see him being dropped again?

the management of the whole thing will be judged on Pickford's performance on Saturday morning if he plays.

My concern now is he (JP) tries to do too much, he gets over-hyped up and and the pressure gets to him.

But if Pickford ends up costing us points that could seriously derail our entire season and that's too risky to establish who's the number 1
