It's the moronic mistakes I want to see gone, including saving shots for corners, that were going wide anyway.

IIRC Olsen also did that in one of the games he played in, Carlin.

Of course take xG with a big grain of salt, except when, as here, it confirms your prejudices - mine being that Pickford has the focus of a crack-addled squirrel.

Sometimes it's hard to actually appreciate his supersaves aswell, since he keeps making a show of the routine ones and often that results in a needless corner

Every time he makes a normal save people call it an “incredible” save, as if we’ve all just collectively forgotten that goalkeepers should be expected to make saves every now and again. We’ve just got used to the idea of him not making saves, same as we did with Howard towards the end, it’s a surprise when he makes one.

Really hope that its in our top 3 priorities in the summer. RB, GK, then a winger in that order for me. I'd probably keep Olsen, flog Pickford and go all out for a top keeper.
