What figure would you take for him?

I do think there are other factors that stats don't show, he has the worst defense in the premier infront of him.

If we go down, we'll be lucky to get £15m for him.

Not because he's awful but because, as discussed in the last page or so of this thread, there just aren't that many English teams that could afford his wages that will need a new GK this summer. I could maybe see S'ton going for him but they wouldn't pay him £100k a week. Maybe Fulham would want him on loan under Silva ffs lol

And I just don't see him moving abroad.

We aren't getting value for any of our players if we go down. We'd be looking at £80m tops combined for DCL, Rich and Pickford. That's just the way it is.

I wouldn't say I'm a fan of Pickford, but I haven't had much of a problem with him this season.

Biggest issue for me is him getting beat at his near post, or ones like Trippier's free kick at Newcastle, where it should have been routine on that side.

Yes, Bruce told him if he not stopping no point playing him as he wants to check out the other keepers. He can train at the clubs facilities but not involved with any team duties.

When the papers are still putting a £30m price tag on a lad thats played about 20 games in 2 years at Man Utd, im sure Englands No1 will still be worth £30m plus for whoever needs a decent keeper with plenty of years left in him.
His wages will be comparable in the next few seasons to the going rate for those sides below top 6.

If by some miracle we manage to stay up. Pickford would be the first on the list to be moved on anyway. He's a nervous wreck at times and doesn't instill any confidence in the defence. He very rarely gets the basics right and we'd get an OK price for him and use the cash to bring another keeper in and a. n. other. On lower wages.

He's a good keeper but he has a really, really bad habit of acting up during big games and ending up with egg on his face. I'd be happy if he stayed but just didn't play any derbies or against Newcastle ever again.

I think that depends on who is interested.
We hear that Utd, PSG and Madrid may have an interest in Richarlison , even if we are relegated he should still probably make 50m if those clubs are interested.

Pickford is still no. 1 for England and has had a very good season for us, I could see Newcastle liking the idea of the England keeper in their team, in spite of the Sunderland connection, I think even if relegated we would still get the 30m back.
