This gives me a good opportunity to talk about something I read once and apply it to Pickford to try to explain why this happens. Basically someone did a big study and decided that there are two good ways to save 1v1s: get out to the ball and smother it or stay extremely deep and try to react and save it. Essentially going half way was no mans land. Now I'm sure no one is going to be bothered but go back and watch some of the 1v1s he faces. He's in no mans land every single time just about. It is horrible technique and it isn't surprising that as a result he's ranked low on something like this.

I think that depends on who is interested.
We hear that Utd, PSG and Madrid may have an interest in Richarlison , even if we are relegated he should still probably make 50m if those clubs are interested.

Pickford is still no. 1 for England and has had a very good season for us, I could see Newcastle liking the idea of the England keeper in their team, in spite of the Sunderland connection, I think even if relegated we would still get the 30m back.

I want to see this just for the meltdown from their fans.

I mean I'm not sure what you've been watching for the past year tbh

I've been watching a keeper who has improved this year, but one that still doesn't fill me with confidence and I feel the defence is the same. He still rushes out at times then realises he has to go back. He still has the inability to dominate his 6 yard box. Still punches when he should catch and vice versa. I felt more confident when the 2nd choice keeper was between the sticks
