I just dont see what you and some see what is so special about Pope, i just dont think he is anywhere near as good as what you think, he like every keeper has made many mistakes and some not even showing on TV during Highlights

That was a good save off Ronaldo at the end, no doubt about it. He got it wide of the goal as well, so no easy rebound.

Could turn that around and say he was in no mans land for burnleys corner a few days before.
Pickfords a shot stopper and a great one. We all know his strengths. His weakness is im not convinced defenders trust him.
This isnt a grumpy post after a win. I think the whole rear guard of Everton needs serious looking at.
If we stay up would i be confident going into another season with pickford keane godfrey kenny etc. An emphatic NO.

Put better defenders in front of him and we’d all be a lot more confident.

imagine having Holgate, Keane and Kenny in front of you ???

Because like always, he’s made his mind up, based on whatever twisted agenda he’s pursuing at the time.

Pope has been rubbish this season. Not great again yesterday either.

There are better keepers out there than Jordan Pickford, but Pope isn't one of them.
