The length of current contract has far more bearing than age. Then the value of the player to the selling club e.g. we go down each of last 2 seasons without pickford costing a fortune whereas arsenal come 2nd and still get knocked out of cups without ramsdale.

Also, if Pickford at 29 has 2 years on his deal and so does Ramsdale at 25 i can assure you Ramsdale's valuation is superior.

Pickford is going nowhere, guys. Spurs won't be throwing the cash around too heavily this summer, and while De Gea and Henderson are still on United's books they won't be spending 40+ mil on a goalie (I know the reports are 30 mil, but I doubt we would accept anything less than 40).
