It's great if we can get a deal done for Pickford hes an England u21 we would then have Holgate u21, Lookman,Connelly,DCL,Kenny and Davies u20 plus a few others, I'm not saying all will come good but that's a great youth set up and some do have a fair bit of premier league experience.

Lad loves Sunderland it's a shame you can't keep him in all honesty. Pretty happy with the fee tbh the upfront costs represents his value well and the additions will reflect his potential

Think of it this way - Ederson is the same rough age, completely unproven in a top league, uncapped for Brazil and cost Man City £35m.

Pickford has experience here and cost less. Much less really, when you consider add-ons.

Yet nobody batted an eye at Ederson because it was Man City and he has a fancy name.

£20m approx plus addons is absolutely fine.
