I may have been attempting to stir things up mate. Not really. Ignored half the points raised, and just plain wrong on others...
Was me, and wouldn't surprise me if he was one. Would you be surprised? Really?
I'm all for helping hands and that but has he shown any initiative to change his ways?
And I do hope he'll not be a negative influence on a good U23 side.

It is debatable, of course. However, he left us under a cloud and has been a nightmare for Sheffield United plus he has stated he shouldn't live in Liverpool. So, for me, it's a risk with very little upside. He's clearly not going to cut it at this level.Well if he is on 5k/week as has been touted around here, then over the course of his 12 month contract that would be £250,000, so.... Of course your second point is debatable, but I would prefer to trust Unsworth (not so much Bill) on that point.
So we get rid of Niasse from the U23s and bring in Jose Baxter!!!!!!! Kenwright you massive bellend!!! I know this is all his doings.....using the club as some sentiment home
This lad doesn't deserve to be in football never mind at our club. All the good work that has been done since the summer and the club go and do this!! Their are NO positives from this at all

Boats and hosHeard George Green is at USM Finch Farm for a medical. Big if true.
If this was his first crack at redemption then you'd have half a point to make here, But it isn't and you dont. You're really not right, you. (That's something coming from me)... This is the club looking after one of their own. ONE OF US. Yeah he's a screw up. That's the point. He's been brought back home to be given one year to sort himself out, regain fitness get a few u23 games and find himself a contract elsewhere. This isn't a pr stunt. This is the club giving an ex player a leg up in their time of need. This is a class act club showing their support for one of their own and not turning their back on him like you and a few others would have done. I honestly have to question, when reading your comments, how much of a Blue you actually are. Sure, I'm off my head, which is why I try to only post in moments of mental clarity, but you? You constantly bring us down and attempt to undermine everything good the club is trying to do. I thank all that's Holy that your voice is minuscule and not to be heard elsewhere.
They obviously thought it was a great story to broadcast and not something to hide away.EiTC is a completely seperate entity, and you're right, their achievements are their own and not EFC's. That is a bug bear of mine too.
But as i've said earlier, I don't see this Baxter deal as complete charity. I think it may well work out well for both parties.
A point I would like to make though, is why are we announcing this now? If they'd just quietly let on during the summer that he was training with us and on a very minimal contract, it wouldn't seem half as big of a deal. Very odd.
May as well.No idea mate. Different era, different personnel, different circumstances. Are we going to review every player who went on the beak now and compare to see if they got a fair crack of the whip?
I do believe he's ready, but I think he might be getting too close to EitC and their preoccupations. If you're willing to believe Unsy is ready for the big job then you have to trust his judgement on this as well, regardless of your feelings on the player.
