Prior to that i felt bad for him as so many times he had yards of space but no ball getting passed to it, that you could see was getting to him. Saying that that ball should of been taken off him and handed to Baines, there is no way he was injured at half time, no way.

The whole penalty fiasco was just embarrassing to watch.

I'm not defending Mirallas for his egotism, but when he took the ball off of Baines, Jagielka and/or Martinez should have been all over it.

As for Mirallas he's trying go put himself in the shop window and it's cost us points. We need to get shot this window and replace with someone else

Correct, he should have taken Barkley off for Oviedo and put Mirallas on the right to bring Naismith to the centre behind Lukaku. Mirallas was a big tit for disobeying team orders tonight, but Barkley's afraid of his own shadow at the moment.

I've seen it a couple of times where someone who obviously wasn't the penalty taker has grabbed the ball and won't let anyone else have it. Usually though they score. FFS Everton.

He's a rat ! I've seen many of his kind come and go, You all WANT to like him I can understand that, but he's one horrible fake who clearly fancies himself above us and should be volleyed to the nearest champions league bench ASAP.

Jags and Barry were not aware what was going on, they were back on the half way line which gnev pointed out . Totally standard

And that sums up a complete lack of leadership from the touch line and the on-field captain. Jags should have been the one to tell Mirallas to wind his neck in, Baines in the number one pen taker end of.

hate to say it but its starting to look like that .....if that is the case nobody is bigger than the club and we must act - wasn't sure about the unrest and clique rumours but starting to look that way now - it is scary times for us at the moment and hard to see where we are going to get some points from ....badly need leadership now from our chairman , manager and captain because if we just ignore this we will be in trouble very soon

Imo, right now, Mirallas probably feels like the biggest tit on the planet...and to the person who matters the most - himself. It might be the humility lesson he needs.

Taking a penalty from a player who has missed 1 penalty in about 5 seasons is not a team player.
