Delighted he scored today, not many goal scorers in the starting line-up to rely on.
As for his bad foul, certainly worse than a yellow, as for being a defo red depends on the view the ref had. Mirallas didn't put his heart and soul into the stamp, which probably saved him, but it was a naughty, deliberate and sly stamp on Boyd's leg all the same. To use a phrase, we've all seen them given, and had he gone I couldn't have complained, the key word here is probably stupidity and Mirallas displayed it in abundance. If I didn't know any better, it was like Mirallas was looking to get a three match ban and a nice rest from playing for a club he no longer wants to be at.
He clearly wasn't happy with life in general his 'yakety-yak' hand gesture on scoring.

To avoid any confusion, I would have been happier then with a heartfelt tug and kiss on the club crest on his shirt. That would have solved it.
