Sorry mate your a little wide of the mark here. If he asks to leave, then everton will tell him to hand in a transfer request, which if he does may cost him loyalty bonuses etc.... Fellaini put one in to SAVE us money going to United, a nice touch considering the deal would of been done anyway.
Hence the roundabout way
He is trying to force Everton to sell him so he doesn't lose his bonuses, he will not put in a request as he knows it will cost him.
As for Fellaini, please don't make him out as some moral figure in football he couldn't wait to get away from our club. Another player who didn't give a modicum of respect to the fans and the club

at least we have

Wasn't keen on Fellaini's chatting to the press during previous windows but thought he handled the summer he actually did move in exemplary fashion both on and off the pitch. Vast difference to how Fellaini handled himself compared to Lescott when faced with similar situatuons. Always been complimentary about us in his interviews since as well.

I've always liked Fellaini and hope he succeeds at United. I felt similarly towards Moyes before his silly comments about our players, but I think Fellaini has always handled things respectfully.

Easy to turn against a player for wanting to better than himself rather than a board doing nothing like that. Just saying

From sub appearances as well. It's not gonna be easy to replace him.

Surprised so many have turned against him. He's been a cracking player for us, one of Moyes' best buys.

It's almost inevitable we won't. It's the likes of McGeady we need to be binning off in the hope we can get back to where we were.

Worried that whatever we were building or had here is going to slip away from us very quickly.

This!!!

I'm getting very worried where we could slip to. Too many McGeady's, Kone's and alcaraz's....before you know it were villa!!

We have come out of every transfer window since Martinez has been here STRONGER than when we went into them.

That is a fact. But dont let that get in the way of your agenda driven nonsense about 'turning into Villa'.

So in January when we lost Eto' and signed nobody we came out the window stronger?

And the year before that, when we sold Jelavic.

He currently has a 50% strike rate with regards transfer windows.

2 good and 2 very, very bad.

The Jan after we sold Jelavic we ended up going on a 7 win streak.
