That’s amazing.
Didn’t he do the same with Godfrey; Brands wanted him on loan for a season then Moshiri wanted in on the talks and just signed him
I'm sure Norwich would have agreed to that. lol lol lol

Exactly.Doesn't make what he said untrue though.
Of course he’s culpable; he should have walked away if he wasn’t able to do his job. That’s my gripe with him.Not having those comments from Brands.
He's in face saving mode - he's as responsible as any, if not worse.
He was happy to take Moshiri's money and he renewed his deal knowing the gig.
Doesn’t make any difference though, that was his initial plan.I'm sure Norwich would have agreed to that. lol lol lol
Nah, sorry. He's been badly tarnished. He's a man who knew how bad things were and signed on for more. The football world will know that too.In all honesty, Brands doesn’t need to save face. He has a job, his reputation wasn’t really tarnished because like most jobs, the inner workings and troubles will be known throughout the footballing world
He’s just walked back into a job. Someone whose career is tarnished doesn’t get that high profile jobNah, sorry. He's been badly tarnished. He's a man who knew how bad things were and signed on for more. The football world will know that too.
He was promoted, he didnt just get another job, he was given a BETTER job. He’s just walked back into a job. Someone whose career is tarnished doesn’t get that high profile job
He walked back into his old job in the relative backwater that is the Eredivisie. He’s just walked back into a job. Someone whose career is tarnished doesn’t get that high profile job

What’s more worrying is the owner just buying him when Brands was unsure if he’s ready or if he fits in the wage structure
Of course he’s culpable; he should have walked away if he wasn’t able to do his job. That’s my gripe with him.
But let’s be honest, it’s not just Brands who has leaked stuff. We all know Moshiri wanted Zaha, then Iwobi rocked up out of nowhere. The El Gahzi deal, the Godfrey deal.
In all honesty, Brands doesn’t need to save face. He has a job, his reputation wasn’t really tarnished because like most jobs, the inner workings and troubles will be known throughout the footballing world
He didn’t, he got a better job.He walked back into his old job in the relative backwater that is the Eredivisie.
When this man started at Everton, there were rumours that Manchester United were impressed. His trajectory was upwards. At best, his career has stalled. He went to the big league and bombed.
He was Director of Football at PSV from 2010-2018. He is now Director of Football at PSV - according to Wikipedia, at least. He didn’t, he got a better job.
Brands was off the charts terrible.
Him and Koeman are the two I give primacy for the mess we're in, closely followed by the carpetbagger.
