Look at Arsenal. The cost of the new stadium inhibited player recruitment for a decade.

Frank is very good in interviews and chooses his words well, but the number of times he thanked “the owner, the Chairman, and Denise,” was really odd.

I don’t believe he would avoid calling her CEO due any subconscious bias. It can only be that during his induction to the club she was really nice and helpful but did sod all of any substance, so is just Denise.

The fact that she has been “looking for a new position” outside the club for months is a bit embarrassing too. If going, should be on garden leave.

That last part has been posted about before...has it been confirmed?

Why would she want to leave? Seems like shes on to a winner.

Wasn’t it a Bobble post that started it in December?

Entirely possible she has the good sense to see the building ire towards the whole board and didn’t want to spend the rest of her life getting abuse in Waitrose, especially if we went down. If she was another one that effectively had no role due to the meddling, I would not blame her at all. No idea what she does, but can’t claim she’s done anything wrong.

She’d walk in to a board position at many a non-profit organisation.

Not sure...just remember being confused why people were happy she was made CEO...on the back of her CV didnt quite make sense.

Agreed. I don't think he took responsibility at all. Yes, perhaps Moshiri intervened but I think it was to the extent of first team signings and it wasn't like Moshiri signed Delph, Godfrey, Doucoure, Yerry Mina, Andre Gomes....What about not signing a Right Back and overpaying of players he signed (not Moshiri signing). Part of his problem of not standing up to Moshiri but happy to sit back.

He always left signings to last minute and either we overpay or we missed out on solid targets. Doesn't wanna do January signings although January signings are for most club to fix problems such as injuries, weaknesses - even if it's temporary. Clearly out of his depth in English game and never attempt to understand how the Premier league works.

We did not see any new development or any new improvements done to any department - coaching, recruitment, medical and scouting.
 
Must be on his summer holidays...I guess that as part of the handover with Brands he was told he only needs to work at the end of the window.

She hasnt though. And theres a reason why she has been unable to find employment elsewhere.
