It's 100% his fault.

He's employed to buy and sell players, he's failing to do that.

It's easy to blame the Board, but the fella is lacking. I get we have no money and he has to be a bit clever, but ultimately he's doing a very bad job, currently.

He probably won't get the support but likewise one of the first appointments Thelwell should have made was a head of recruitment for the first team. I can only think the reason we have not done it is that things are still being controlled by the boardroom/kia.

I blame the board 1 billion per cent for this situation. You're asking Thelwell to essentially go into the showroom with a tenner and come out with a new car

Right now, not replacing those goals will send us down. As you say, relying on anyone else in the squad to score leaves us in a desperate state.

None of us know how much money has been provided. We got 50-60m for Richarlison. So I think we would have reinvested by now if that money has been provided to the manager and DOF

I will judge him end of the window but I am not buying the "we have no money" for much longer. Moyes never had money and made do.

The 60m was to satisfy the PL to not take further action. Does not mean we can spend 60m because we're still in the [Poor language removed] finance wise.
