Unfortunately since Joe Royce left we’ve apparently left all our young players on loan to just get on with it - Callum Connolly at Ipswich said this recently. Martin Dobson should apparently now fill this role , but it’s hard to believe he’s going to have the experience or his words carry any weight the way Royle’s did.
We should be planning for next season now , and what roles Dowell, Connolly, Williams and Robinson are likely to play, instead we don’t even know who the manager will be.

I despair with what's happening at this club. It's just a dogs breakfast of competing characters with different agendas.

The place has broken down since Moshiri took over. He's been a disaster in governance terms.

..it’s just a view from a fellow Evertonian. It’s really difficult to judge what will happen with these youngsters, lots of it is about right time right place. No doubt Dowell is a talent, regardless of whether that is realised at Everton.

Weve only been doing it for the last 20 years.

Not really, at some point it would be nice if we got a player or 2 from the system.

Osman and Hibbert are the only 1s we have "had" for as long as I can remember.
