This is standard for us mate. A snail on valium would outrun negotiations where Fagin Kenwright is concerned.

It may happen, just allow for dithering and penny-pinching and then add on even more time for good measure!

down to what we already have though, and watched him and just could see how we could use someone in that role. we won't get him so won't find out, must be bargains out there that can do it though
