Last Film You Watched

Help. Please.

I saw some of you one this thread raving about a film about a British soldier stuck in Belfast during 'the troubles'. Can someone remind me of what that is and where I can watch it?

Thanks
Yeah 71, filmed in Liverpool.

Aside from this and Fifty Dead Men Walking, which is a true story and well worth seeing, I cant think of many more films set inthe Troubles.

Managed to get to watch The Green Knight in the cinema. I really enjoyed it. Some really beautiful shots and settings.

Won’t be for everyone this. Is very slow and possibly 20 mins too long. My lass hated it and I’m not allowed to choose a film for us to see together for a few months at least.

I`ve mentioned this before.

Pre kids, we used to operate a system where, we`d go see one of her films ( always a rom com ) and we`d go and see one of my films ( scfi / horror )

The last film she ever saw with me, was Bone Tomahawk, she left me alone after that lol

Shang-Chi was bloody awesome but I’m a sucker for asian stuff. It’s basically Crouching Tiger on steroids with superheroes. SFX overload might put some people off but can’t see how else they’d have done it. Must have cost them a trillion to make.

Malignant. Quite good fun, but very uneven - it's almost like there's two different films in there. I quite like James Wan's films in general, and he's very dependable with this sort of thing. The gore is pretty well done, and the film certainly deserves its 18 cert.

Watched that tonight. Starts off quite generic but gradually turns into an enjoyably stupid schlock gorefest.

some mothers son, maze, the devils own, in the name of the father, the boxer, hunger, patriot games. i'm sure there's probably a few more
I think I have seen Maze but not sure, I've seen devils own, that's good, patriot games I've seen and the boxer rings a bell(no pun intended lol) don't think I have seen some mothers son though.
