Bradley cooper for me, can't stand the sight of the little Oscar where, not sure why.
It could be because he prances around like he's God's gift to women? Maybe it's because I'm just bloke and I don't see it, but he doesn't really strike me as a particularly handsome or good looking fella. I mean he's not ugly, but he's nothing special? 🤷‍♂️

917Y-k3p+YL._AC_UF1000,1000_QL80_.jpgTalk about a missed opportunity.... its got a terrific cast but its all over the place. The script is a mess, the writers have it continually changing tonally and don't inject the characters with any sympathy or reason for the viewer to engage with them... and the editing is a nightmare... no establishing shots or flow of scenes/dialogue...confusing and a chore to follow whats happening. It looks like it was messed with heavily in the editing suite. Bobby and Al pull faces and wisecrack and try to salvage it but it's a lost cause. A real shame as its only the third time they've collaborated and the previous two efforts....Godfather 2 and Heat....are peerless.

Actually speaking of these 2, I found this... A young Cooper asking De Niro an acting question...

Just watched this. A really interesting horror film based in rural Argentina.
It's a 'demonic possession' genre film which treats possession more like an infectious disease, in that it can travel between people and even animals.
Killing a demonically infected person is a sure fire way to be possessed yourself.

It was pretty good, lots of over the top violence and gore and some tense atmospheric scenes.
Tons of plot holes if you think too much about it, but a really enjoyable popcorn horror non-the-less.

Really enjoyed this movie, and Terrified by the same director, too.
