Please avoid them at all costs! I have had the misfortune of viewing a couple of Tyler Perry's 'Madea' movies, and they are not entertaining OR funny!
Both Martin Lawrence and Eddie Murphy have done the 'black guy in a fat black women's bodysuit' bit, and both have done it miles better.
I can't even give Tyler Perry points for effort. THAT'S how bad they are!
