The British Government cant find out information on companies in the BVI..so PL have no chance and probably dont care..its a box ticking excecise for them..

Just on this point mate.

The Premier League requires each club to publish the beneficial ownership of each significant interest in the club.

The share register lists BCR Sports as the shareholder. The club presents Robert Earl as the beneficial owner.

Therefore the Premier League know who the beneficial owner is.

Unless of course we are misleading everyone?

Also, it wouldnt be the first time they have sailed close to the wind regarding breaking laws..it in the inquiry that they where including a land value of £52 Million pounds for land donated from the public purse to show up on there balance sheet...think it was quoted that they where lucky not to be facing criminal charges..

That land was valued at circa £20m prior to pp and £78m afterwards iirc, the balance was the claimed 'donation' towards construction therefore increasing the value used in propaganda to sway the vote.

Legal or illegal, I don't know. But it displays a contempt for the supporters and a willingness to do what it takes to get the move through. Perhaps that 'type' of business dealing has dissuaded others from interest in the club?

@Billyliar9 as expressed earlier we have similar ambitions for the club.

I find it incredibly difficult to believe the accusations made by many people re how and who runs our club.

I'll put my hand up and say I was wrong if proven, but it requires such an enormous level of deceit and criminal activity to be true that I will hold my original opinions.

At the end of the day I just want a successful Everton properly run in line with our values.
We agree on that mate...successful Everton..we all want the same thing.

Think you will find EFC make a declaration each year to the PL that BCR and Earl are the benificial owners..its a bow ticking exercise..
They dont know ..no one does..believe me weve tried ;-)

They can if they use the Tax Information Exchange Agreement of 2008. Bit of a circuitous route, but can be done

Really ?
Well, is that the time ?

Thanks mate, from my perspective:

He admitted to providing a letter which allowed a £30 million line of credit. There's no proof I am aware of, it was used or if used has been repaid.

The Premier League know who the beneficial owners of BCR sports are.

I have no idea over your last paragraph.
need to understand that no sooner had Kenwright bought the club, via TBH, all those shares were mortgaged to the RBS. Four years later that mortgage was paid off, by whom and by what mechanism.
