Twente have replacements pretty much lined up, this deal will happen.

Also, it would be pretty hard for them to get as many bids later, and it may not trigger the release clause if the price goes down with an injury. Not to mention making players come back after they said they were leaving sucks, and doesn't lead to good play normally.

Yeah, if Everton want a loan-to-buy deal where Twente get no money for their own signings, I doubt the deal will go through. Twente can't afford to lose a great player and not bring in replacements.
