It shows the industrial size stupidity of Danny Murphy when he said that the fact that the Forest playes placed his foot on the ground during the first penalty appeal meant that it wasn't a penalty (as it wasn't enough to make him fall over). If he had been one of those players who gets kicked/tripped on his right foot and then throws his left foot up to ensure he falls over (IE: he dives) then Mensa Murphy would consider that to be a penalty. It's idiots like this that make it easier for the cheats to prosper.

As for the Forest thing.....

Seen all three given, none of them where. No use crying about it.

It was however telling that all three involved Young. Sooner he's out of the picture the better. The third one deserved a goal because he was dozy.

All three appeals could have been given but none of them were clear cut sometimes you get them sometimes you don't. They were just unlucky not to get 1 of 3 in the game.
The ref didn't give any and VAR agreed with him.
As for the VAR fella being a Luton fan so What?
Why would he favour us ? We are just as much in the mix as Forest maybe even it would have been better for Luton if we had lost bearing in mind they have a chance to do us serious damage at there ground
Forests chairman is a bit of a crackpot and maybe football isn't the game for him.

Yes, I'm not sure why the Luton fan would prefer us over Forest. Keeping either/or close is no odds. Forest might get points back on appeal. We might get another reduction! So surely we'd be better kept close?

I'm taking the view that we'd be fuming if we were on the end of those decisions in a single game and I'm glad forest have called it out. But I'm also glad it's forest going to war with the league and not us. Can't see how they will benefit from what they've done, regardless of whether it leads to any change in the future.

If I was a Luton fan I'd have wanted a draw. Better to keep two clubs as close as possible and then you've got two teams who could slip up.

The sad thing is that forest think he is there to help them. He is a self serving shithouse and is only in it for himself. Throwing his professional colleagues under the bus as well.

I can only guess that he's either paying off more gambling debts or he owes forest's owner for the beak he's been supplying him.
