I agree, but Digne has never been a problem previously in fact he has conducted himself on and off the pitch as a good professional.he may have said please....we just don't know
You’re really nailing it with recent posts. These type of managers never last long in any workplace.I do expect a site manager to say ‘can you please’ or words to that effect actually.
Good management is working with people not against them.
Overly aggressive management stifles initiative and only delivers you a workforce that can only work to a strict plan and collapses when faced with unplanned for eventualities.
And life ,(and football) ,is full of unplanned for eventualities
Not really mate. If there is someone proactively supporting anything that is clearly bad for Everton it is suspicious. If this bad thing continues or gets worse and the support continues the suspicion grows. There are a few on here have been delighting in the predicament that we are in. I am not sure that you have been delighted with the mess but you are towing their Benitez line.by disagreeing you become a Kopite. Well you must be Sooooooooper blues.
Exactly. You’re really nailing it with recent posts. These type of managers never last long in any workplace.
Why people like Fergie were so good, they handled individuals as individuals. The psychology of leadership.
Benitez is a “red” personality, subject matter expert, detail oriented, obsessive and micro manager. Excellent if left to work on their own, as soon as they have to manage people, forget it. Conflict, arguement, demotivation, bullying claims and turnover of staff. No tact, no diplomacy, poor verbal and non verbal communication skills. That’s the big dope we have appointed.
If I was his boss, I wouldn’t be impressed at the way he’s going about managing change at the club. In a leadership role “causing conflict, poor communication, a one size fits all approach” aren’t laudable attributes. It’s surprising so many on here think they are.
See that is down to opinions so what you are saying is that if anyone disagrees with your opinion then they are suspicious. I have not once said any of you are suspicious because you hold a differing opinion. I see sacking Benitez as a bad thing (with the FFP predicament we are in) as that will once again dent our spending power leaving the new manager with the same players, same injuries and no transfer budget (or very little). No ppl are making rubbish up about Rafael to discredit him, one being that he is trying to force Lucas out and another is he told him to not go forward.Did Benitez tell you that or did you just make it up?
They have a better squad, poor Rafael has to make do with the hand he has been dealt and the mess Carlo leftSo good enough for the World champions but not for Everton.
Sounds good.
Setting aside the debate about him at our club and if we like him, he is probably in the top 1% of managers in the world and had been relatively consistently? He's literally an incredibly successful football manager so either he's not entirely like you say, or you're wrong in your conclusion. You’re really nailing it with recent posts. These type of managers never last long in any workplace.

Do you think that we might have wums and worse still kopites from RAWK on here? If so what do you reckon their position on the mess that Benitez is overseeing might be?See that is down to opinions so what you are saying is that if anyone disagrees with your opinion then they are suspicious. But nobodies ‘making stuff up’.No ppl are making rubbish up about Rafael to discredit him, one being that he is trying to force Lucas out and another is he told him to not go forward.
If its true he did tell him to not go forward and he has a problem with that, he clearly has no interest in playing for the club and should be punted.
You’ve clearly never met my old construction directors. The site managers are chilled compared to them.I don’t do a desk based job and I can confidently say that if a site manager came in with the same management style as Benitez he’d be picking up his teeth within the hour of starting.
Antagonistic management only produces conflict , ill feeling and resentment which results in deteriorating performance , wherever it is employed.
You’ve clearly never met my old construction directors. The site managers are chilled compared to them.
I’ve worked for some complete and utter sociopaths and they get away with it. It’s becoming less prevalent but the bullies are still very much out there and thriving. Benitez is relaxed in comparison.
I tried so hard not to be a shouting site manager but the pressure gets to you. Ashamed to admit I fully lost it a handful of times.Haha I worked in the construction industry for a bit and when visiting sites I did see some over the top screaming in peoples faces.
