And you’re not concerned about the management that has prompted this response from an otherwise top professional with no history of causing problems?
If I had an employee, well liked by everyone, a history of professional behaviour and I then appoint a manager who has a known track record of conflict and fall outs wherever he goes - after a few months my employee wants to go to a new job and tells me he can’t work for this manager…it’s not the employee I’m looking at or concerned about, its the manager. I’ll tell you what else, that employee won’t be the first to leave, same will happen with others, same everywhere they go managers with this style, never last long.
