Hmmm, Arteta drops his captain for indiscipline. Big crisis? No. It is normal practice when employees go against their bosses. Arteta showed admirable managerial qualities telling the prying media scumbags to go away and invent their own stories. It is a crisis for arsenal though as Auba and Lacazette have fallen off a clif form wise under Arteta as he's been hammering them, who have no respect for him by the looks of it. Auba is one of the club's biggest earners who they won't shift after he signed a 3 year deal not long back. They need a striker now.
