The lad seemed really settled at West Brom last season and was keen to return.
Honestly I think if we make him feel welcome and he does well I think he might want to make the move permenant.
he just doesn't seem to fit at Chelsea from what I have seen. his penalty on Friday was a case in point. just a hunch I guess.

I'd be hesitant about setting any targets like that. Obviously his goals will be important but I think he'll be a perfect foil for others to get in as well. Type of player who will preoccupy defenders all day long leaving space for Mirallas, Deulofeu etc.

Immensely happy and excited about this, remember watching him for west brom last year and being really jealous they'd managed to bag him

Obviously a great guy around the dressing room too, look how many teammates/former teammates sent their good luck messages on twitter so soon after it got announced (he retweeted them) - west brom players too putting any bitterness aside about him not re-signing for them.

The way Chelsea operate there will always be an expensive marquee signing joining them, I'm not sure Lukaku will ever be there main man. So, if things go well I suppose we have a chance to sign him permanently - providing we can match his ambition.
