Horrendous tactical decision by Martinez not to change it ALL game after it was clear it wasn't working. Really disappointed, it was patently obvious.

Lukaku not without criticism though either, even if he was shunted to the right, his all round game seriously needs to improve.

I just don't rate Naismith highly. He's a poacher and a finisher but should be a super sub replacement for the forward.

He offers no through balls to lukaku and hasn't the pace to drive at defences like ross does

I'm reluctant to criticise him too much for this reason. Surprised Naismith is getting away without much criticism. He was always an outlet but his use of the ball was below par today.

When he was on loan at West Brom and for 2/3 rds of last season he looked world class.
Amazing to see him dissolve as a goal threat under Martinez.
Perhaps it's because he spends so little time in the box.

I thought Lukaku did ok today. He stood out because we pinned a lot of our hope on him, and his signature jink-in-from-the-left-and-smash-it-into-the-far-corner; because he was the only outlet and it didn't come off, maybe it makes his performance looked worse than it was.....
