The transfer of a player like Lukaku will have all the qualities of a game of "cat and mouse".
Chelsea would like to get a good fee for their player and preferably not have to pay all the various bonuses included in his contract if Chelsea instigate the sale.
Lukaku and his agent will want to move to a club of their choosing in spite of declaring their intention to stay at Chelsea. they will equall be loathe to look for a transfer and lose millions by having to ask for a transfer.

Believe nothing. If Lukaku is to stay at Chelsea then it will almost certainly mean him signing a new contract this summer as his original contract moves into the second half of its duration.

In my opinon Lukaku will find it difficult to play as second striker to Costa after two successful goal scoring seasons in the premiership.

Hope you're wrong too mate but I share your feeling. Decent World Cup -> New, improved 5-yr contract -> Loaned to Atletico Madrid.

He wants to play CL football, hes said this, he also wants to play, he could have stayed at Chelsea for CL football, the irony is, if he stayed, im pretty sure he would have 100% been their number one striker, hes got 3 choices, he stays at Chelsea and hopes for an injury to Costa, he joins a CL club or he hopes Chelsea accept Evertons offer of 12m spread over 25 years.
