I think the only way we'll land him is if we show Chelsea the money they want and Rom wants to stay in England. Seems an unlikely scenario though. You always get the impression with Chelsea that they don't like selling players to other Prem teams unless they see them as 100% expendable.

In all honesty he seems like a bit of a bell in the media and I'd rather the club looked to get someone else. Cheers for the goals but remember you're a professional footballer and keep your mouth shut.

Has a right to question why chelsea wont give him a chance adter two good loan moves and then spending 32 million on a new striker i would put a 20 million bid in tomorow to get him
