Garbutt looks decent and has loads of potential and I hope he signs a new deal.

If he doesn't then we still have the best left back in the league playing for us and hopefully the sexiest Costa Rican alive will be fit for cover.

Apart from the NEA, this is how it's best looked at.

I'd like him to stay, but we've still got 2 good players in that position, and if he wants out then I don't want him.

I did think we'd have heard something by now though.

The reason nothing has happened so far is because he's on U21 duty. I'm pretty sure we'll hear something soon after we're knocked out/win. However tonight I'll be getting behind the lad as he's still an Everton player for a couple of weeks.

I think a tournament with Stonesy in his ear might persuade him to stay.

He wants out. He's embarrassed this club. Take the deal off the table that's been offered already. Get rid as soon as the official moment occurs when he can be palmed off. Make an example of this behaviour.
