Skysport is trying to take the piss again:-

Toffees boost Euro plans
Everton underlined their Champions League credentials as they brushed aside ten-man Manchester City at Eastlands.

Had this as the intro to our match report, giving the other fans wrong impression, what does it mean brush aside a 10-men City side, Petrov wasn't sent off until last mins of the injure time in the 2nd half.

Bring on wobbly head's Portsmouth, another three points are vital, our boys will be buzzing after tonight, a 5 - 0 win would not have flattered us.

I honestly think we are being taught a lesson about complaining re referees last season. We are not going to be allowed to get fourth place unless other teams screw up badly. Look at the goals for the goal difference we missed out on tonight. Look at the points we have lost due to ridiculous decisions given or not.

I know every fan is biased towards their team, but when the decisions are so extreme you have to wonder if Premier League football is as sick as politics.

Exactly, it is for us to lose and although RS has a game in hand but the problem is they have to win it first and with us scoring just as many goals and only conceded 3 more goals, we could easily catch up the goal difference.

What an absolutely brilliant win.

Enjoyed that game and deserved the 3 points.

Shame about Pienaar and Fernandes, can see one or even both being out for a few weeks now.
