He’d probably resign after one year, but what a fun year it would be.And he's a bad snide as well.

Leeds are 19th in the form table at the moment. If he cannot arrest the slide the will end up in the playoffs at best - typical Bielsa.Bielsa all day long. He has a system. He executes that system. And his teams are fun to watch.
Why not? He nuts and never sticks around more than a year or two.Arteta or Lampard, bit even Lampard we won't get if Derby come up.
Bielsa isnt getting Leeds up and coming here, no chance.
Why is that typical? And if he gets them up, who cares how.Leeds are 19th in the form table at the moment. If he cannot arrest the slide the will end up in the playoffs at best - typical Bielsa.
Because his teams tend to have fast starts, get knackered as his style is unsustainable over a full season, and end up mid-table. If he doesn’t quit or get fired, that is.Why is that typical? And if he gets them up, who cares how.
That's my point. Gettin managers from this league has not workedI really don’t know why Silva was appointed. Relegating Hull and getting sacked at Watford seems a weird qualifier for the head coach role.
He was not a proven Premier League manager. Someone like Steve McClaren is a better coach than Silva. That's my point. Gettin managers from this league has not worked

Arteta, no way, we need an experienced manager in, not another gamble.
Was not koeman experienced and Sam that never worked mate who are you thinking?Arteta, no way, we need an experienced manager in, not another gamble.
Fact is though, it is getting to the stage where your only choice is to get a foreign coach, as the Premier League and even the Championship is full of foreign coaches!Getting the WRONG managers from this league has not worked. I don’t think it’s an issue recruiting from within England. Spurs have done alright with Poch.
There are as many examples of bad appointments from overseas leagues as there are bad appointments from the domestic leagues.
