I'm wondering how many goals we have to be down by before I can justify myself leaving early?

3? 4? 5?

Only kidding obviously

I don't think we'll win, but I don't think they'll annihilate us either

Most important thing here is that we go there and at least try to win. If that leads to us losing then fair enough, but we need to actually have a go, otherwise what's the point? If you're going to lose, you might as well die on your feet swinging

Score first, Khalekan, and we have a decent record of not losing. Must admit I don’t fear any team until the first goal.

If they score first and it’s early it could be a long day. They’ve lacked teeth in the last 2 games but not possession. Aguero is their biggest miss every time. The man is brilliant. Thought Chelsea did a great tactic of doubling up on Sterling when he went wide. Pep allowed the front three to switch throughout the first half and it didn’t work and then fixed their positions second half and that didn’t work. Even he is still trying to work out the way forward with some key players missing. Hopefully, he’s still searching for it against us.

Hello darkness, my old friend
I've come to talk with you again

And we have totally managed to Everton up this month aint we.

Up next, The Champions, peak Ev would be going to The Eithad and playing like Milan of the 90s, lets hope.

From looking upwards, 3 games later and with Spurs after City, we are sadly in danger of looking behind us, soz abar me, happy thoughts!!! A few of our players arent really playing well, the squad players who have been given game time arent really playing well, I said HAPPY! I suspect, given Silvas words about a back 3 and the fact that we arent playing well, we will employ a back 3 here and try something a little different, we need a spark, we need to win. I think thats enough from me, maybe I should have written this in a happier mood. COYB

Goats 11 to start :
T-Rex
Yezza - Keane - Zooms
Coleman ---- Gana ---- Digne
Gomes - Iceland
Rico ---- DCL
Dont @ me about that 11.

100% in agreement with this line up but maybe Gomes as our deep lying midfielder with Bernard and Gylfi supporting Richarlson and DCL? I think Bernard has a lot to offer through the center that hasn’t been fully tapped into yet. Also think a change in formation is vital against Pep who takes full advantage of teams that use the same tactics week in and week out.

Despite being a fantastic footballer Fernandinho gets away with so much its bizarre. If you get a ref who has the balls to put him on an early booking he’d be getting sent off constantly. Think he’s injured for this one mind and don’t think they really have a natural replacement for him.

Fresh legs and sharp minds is required for the team selection coupled with a change of shape.
No one expects us to get a result - nothing worse than throwing tired players and same tactics at the problem.
Be brave, leave it all out on the pitch - the rest will take care of itself.

Those 2 points against Watford and Newcastle look really bad now

We’ve chucked away any chance of a good season so most of the games are an irrelevance now sadly. We should be embedded in the top 6 with a chance to go for top 4. Instead we’re scrapping around for 8th again.
