I don't know, you are the 1 that made the statement.
I have no axe to grind with Carlo, he's a great manager, I would rather he was working on the training ground and improving the players rather than travelling all over Europe.
In modern football the DoF role is vital and Ancelotti himself has openly stated numerous times that he prefers to work under 1.

He's bought 1 ageing player, everybody else has been 25/26 or under.
Buying young players that will grow seems a bit pointless when we have the best manager we will probably ever have.
But thats been mainly Brands goal from day 1.

Gbamin wasn’t injured when he signed
Mina had a minor foot injury coming off the World Cup, has only missed 10 games and hadn’t had a spell out injured before this current one since last May
Delph - ok fair play on that
Gomes - muscle injury but then didn’t miss a game until he had his leg broke in November, only missed two games after before shut down
Iwobi - wasn’t injured when we signed him, hadn’t had an injury in over 3 years before he missed 7 for us between December and January

but we don't know whats gonna happen with doe ... what am singing for example we have been ' linked ' with gana and wended 13 mill ... if that was legit that would be good ... player we know is good and a young unknown
