Brands has to shoulder a large percentage of the blame for our striker situation. I think he's made some good choices since arriving but this is as ridiculous as Walsh. Why have we gone in to another season without an established striker who scores goals? Kean is a good prospect for the future who should be eased in and in terms of goals, Calvert-Lewin is a genuine liability unless we're happy to be a bottom half side. His scoring record proves that.

According to an interview he made he convinced the board to give him more time prior to his run of good form.
Had he done the right thing and let Moshiri blow Silva away we could be top 6 right now with a good manager.
Should have gone for a DOF from a league like Italy/Spain where managers are expected to perform and if not are booted. This fella is used to the SPL way of living where any old dunce can win something with Ajax/PSV

That is true, for me too much time wasted chasing Zaha, should have been looking elsewhere. The so called strikers who were supposed to fill this role - Tosun, Sandro, Nuasse who signed them? Have I missed any striker signing out?
Still say our dire performances are down to Silva nothing to do with Brands, look at the team agin Man City - Wallcot?????????? for example.
