Maybe not popular but can't argue against results.
You`re missing one key fact in his sacking though Frank.
He was the one who spunked all the Bale money up the wall, which took the Spuds years to recover from, a la Koeman / Walsh.

Yeah absolute wasters like vertoghen, Erickson, lamela and llorisYou`re missing one key fact in his sacking though Frank.

But someone sacked after 22 games at Watford is the answer????
Ridiculous statement... esp after cocu record at psv
We are creating chances mate, now I realise stats are misleading and some of these shots wont be worthy of the name, but I wish I could compare those numbers with last season for example.
Yesterday we struggled to break down Leicester as such, we always struggle when teams put a good shield in place, but to be honest 90% of it was just terrible passing and a complete lack of movement. A very tired performance, I get fatigue, but it wasnt fatigue.

Basically spurs backbone of today..
Oh right ok then avb was obviously clueless...Pretty sure Lloris was signed before Bale was sold, as was Vertonghen.
Lamela was a busted flush until Poch got hold of him. The only player who was half-decent before Poch was Eriksen.

Jeez
The results were still very good tho.Solado, Capoue, Ciriches ( yes who ) Chadli say hello.
" the money was spent irresponsibly, you can`t just buy seven players and shove them in a team "
The results were still very good tho.
Won the Russian double twice which is leagues above anything magical Marco has achievedHis CV since Spurs doesn`t read well Frank :
A stint in the Chinese takeaway league.
Crashing cars in the desert.
Unemployed ( but loaded )
Still there is no comparison between Marco and AndreUntil the thrashings at the end.
It's not him, it's the role. For me the manager has to be the decision maker on all aspects of the playing side of a club. Obviously it will depend on size of organisation. I wouldn't expect Man Utd or Real Madrid's managers having complete control. Even Fergie relied on Kenyon/Gill. For Everton though, that should be manageable...as it was for Moyes/Martinez. DoF is a spare arse part of a job at a club this size. I mean, WTF does Brands do outside signing players? He cant even sell most of the ones he has to get off the wage bill....and he doesn't "do" January windows!...I suppose they don’t necessarilly have to like each other, but I got the impression Walsh and Koeman were working to their own agendas. Both had the power of veto but were too weak to deploy it. The result was a lack of playing and transfer strategy because two men were pulling in different directions.
I think Brands will be totally different, I imagine he’ll be conciliatory but he’ll ensure a strategy is in place and be firm enough to stick to it. I know you’re not keen on him, but I think he’s in charge and will be around for a while.

Sounds familiar this... but we can't even beat the lower teams eitherResults? We were absolutely spanked by nearly every top-6 team we played, once he'd alienated enough of Redknapp's tactics and squad.
I nearly gave up on football thanks to him. It was unbearable to watch the weird football he put on; not defensive or hoofball, but much worse - we looked like a team that was forever attacking but never looked like we would ever get close to scoring.
