Every manager gets sacked due to the fanbase losing faith. Problem is people lose faith very easily these days.

We have had a lot to lose faith in this past couple of years.

Koeman, Allerdyce......and things seem to be heading south with this fellow now.

So is the Everton squad and something like £300m were spent since Moshiri took over. If we can’t get 7th it will be a failure.

So we sack the manager again..
And get a new one. And if the last few years suggest any thing we will still finish 7-9th.

Not at this current rate.

October/November time next year....if things are lobbing along as they are now then he will be binned.

And depending on what Brands makes of Marco and if he had any say in the hiring of him, the end of this season is not out of the question.

On the other hand maybe he will turn this horrendous run around and the rest of us will see what Moshiri saw in him that led him to chase after Silva to the point of obsession.

And to this end a long run in the Cup is a must IMO.

It will be awful if yet another season is over before January is out

1. Learn to quote. 2. From reading a few of your posts I can definitely believe you wanted to slot in front of the kop. 3. Who mentioned dreams? I’m not defending silva here, poor football is poor football whatever you’re trying to do, there’s no argument there. All I’m saying is I think it’s lazy to say everything’s the same when it isn’t. It’s still rubbish, but it’s pretty obviously a different kind of rubbish.

I'll be honest I have missed 4 games this season and both of those were amongst them so I will go with you on that one.

WTF is happening at Everton? We need a compete independent external review from top to bottom to flush out the rotten core at this club. I don’t know what it is, long term members of coaching staff, club culture, long term squad members, whatever it is someone at the club needs to find it and kill it.

To me it all begins and ends at Finch Farm. Virtually every team’s problems begin and end at their training ground, certainly on the playing side of things. Should have been a purge there years ago. We are talking major, ruthless surgery.
