It’s hard to know how to change things though. Of our 3 centre forwards, 1 is raw, 1 is crap, 1 is not really a centre forward. None of our AMs are setting the world alight. A jaded Gueye and Gomes are a far more preferred option than Morgan, McCarthy and Davies. If Coleman gets rested then Kenny has to play. I like Kenny but most would rather see their mothers sold into sexual slavery than see him get a run of games. The CBs are at best inconsistent (all of them) and Pickford has gone full banter with only Stek as backup. I’m struggling to see a solution.

The solution hasn't been there for some time though.

We want/demand better football - surely that takes some time to implement after Koeman and Allardyce?

You look at Pochettino and Klopp's debut seasons at their current clubs, they took a bit of time didn't they...

From a professional footy club lol,Silva stayed if he wanted to or not,& they showed him disrespect by sacking him to appoint a new boss after he stayed and doing it hours apart ,yet after 2 months of them been rubbish then used the excuse of us wanting him as the reason,I dont get how they can have any moans about us & silva if they sacked him-from the point they sack him,its over for them going on about Everton

They’re 3 (three) points ahead of us and are having the season of their lives while we’re a complete mess.

Yes mate...cause I think we’re all in for the FA Cup whilst we are still experimenting in league games.

When we played Huddersfield Baines, Holgate, Niasse, Tosun, Schneiderlin, Davies and DCL (right wing) all started as he had to give them a chance.

He’s still giving players he probably doesn’t think on the answer a chance. He’s still looking at what he’s got in arch situations and experimenting with futnations.

It’s difficilt to change from that mentality week to week but I think we’ll be all in for the cup. I also expect league results to pick up as I personally believe he’s put together a very decent group of individuals already and I think the quality will kick in soon especially if a bit of stardust is added to the squads up front and we have something to play for (trophy wise).

In the last 3 seasons our boss spent £300m plus on transfer. So there is nothing wrong to get a proven manager with track records to win games and trophies.

But would he come and who???? yes who is your proven manager that is available/
