60% losing/defeat rate on cards.

Silvas inability to change our tactics to counter the oppositions is a big issue. Against Brighton they brought on the left winger & again against Leicester when they switched to 2 up front.

Starting with Sneid, Sig, DCL, Tosun or Micheal Keane should also be a sackable offence. None of these were bought by Brands.
"We don't really do anything differently in home or away matches".

That was Marco Silva admitting he has no idea how to manage at this level by not adapting to his opponents. Sheffield boss after they beat us, resoundingly, said it was probably the worst they played all year.

He’s staying for the Derby.

Let this day be known, the day Everton’s Board of Directors willingly surrendered.

That board need sacking. We need to make our feeling known on Saturday.

....that’s where Silva’s lacking. I saw Davies running back towards his goal with 15mins to go and thought he was spent. He was ragged and his passing (which is often poor) was awry. He took a quick free kick but over hit a simple pass down the line which went out for a goal kick. Silva should have made that change.

He’s tactically naive, but i wouldn’t assume Unsworth would give the team a lift. Indeed, things could get worst. I‘m not against making a change, but we need somebody who gives the team momentum. Allardyce gave us that and got us comfortably beyond the 20 points at Christmas benchmark.
I don't disagree but surely to goodness they should have someone lined up?! I wasn't advocating Unsworth he's not up to the job even on a temporary basis.

sick of hearing "the players are playing for him"

are they ye, since when?

we have lost like 70% of games this season, everyone making out we done amazing yesterday when we got beat anyway, Leicester aren't even that good.

sack him today and get someone in to give us a chance, I don't think he would relegate us just because how poor some of the other teams are but we should be doing far far better

It shows how bad things have got when we're bigging up a performance against Leicester.

i wonder if the Board actually don’t want Unsworth as a caretaker, given how bad things got last time. They have few temporary options and might as well leave Silva in charge in case he can turn things around (he has a record of really good runs of results and really bad runs of results) and whilst they line up a permanent replacement.

On a serious note, I think that's exactly what they're doing. They may have at least learned a thing or two from the Koeman sacking?

The difference between Silva and those who have gone before him is that it appears that the players are still playing for him, which couldn't be said for Martinez, Koeman or to a less extent Sizeable Sam.
