Yeah I get that, but most managers want instant success, which is something they won't have here.

Really don't want Mourinho at Everton and don't reckon he wouldn't come anyway - he likes to buy success rather than spend a few years creating it and we haven't got the cash he needs. Think we've got Silva until at least next Summer - he was Moshiri's chosen one. Getting rid now would make no sense - all decent managers are midseason with their own clubs. Those that are available are available for a reason - Moyes, Garcia and heaven forbid Allardyce - no thanks

Yes, if the decision is to part with Silva it would obviously be better to make the change at the end of a season and appoint a manager you want, rather than destabilising the club for merely the best available manager.
If we are in danger of relegation by Jan then appoint a caretaker manager until seasons end.

Lad our duffer has spent £200 million in 2 transfer windows and he was moaning about a poor transfer window.

If that isn't a chequebook manager I don't know what is...

My 5 year old nephew I spoke to on the phone before. He brought up Everton and asked why we are so bad. Had to hang the phone up and nearly teared up then and there. This is what this necker has done to our club. Crushed the youth dreams.
