You say that but the facts dont stack up. Along with the Wigan relegation he's been a manager for barley 10 years. In that time he resurrected a football club from obscurity, won a trophy with another, proved himself at the biggest club he's been at that he can put together a very good campaign.

The signs are there that he easily has the ability to be a PL manager and he will be again. No question about it.

He had his time at Wigan and Everton and if you talk about PL league results alone he failed miserably. No one bigger than Everton under Kenwright as chairman would employ him. Do you really see the current top 6 club want to employ Martinez?

And I don't think a single one of those 14 clubs or any of the 24 in the championship have reached the stage were they'd be desperate enough to want him either. Particularly Wigan who's current struggles can be laid at the door of El Fraudo.

No but he's one of the better standard premier league managers outaide the top four so he's automatically a thousand times better then Martinez. Not that its saying much because Tony Pulis is a hundred times better then the fraud.

To think of the utter durge we sat through last season and the one before could make me weep. If you'd of told me last season that we'd of won twelve home games this season and eight on the bounce I'd of thought you were mad. Just goes to show how much confidence and self belief that charlatan sapped away from us. It's like day and night comparing Koemans first season to the previous two under Martinez.

So what, Roy Hodgson had talent to work with in the England job but was still toilet as a manager and everyone knew it. Likewise with Martinez, most people know he's awful and after the world cup everyone will know it.

Nonsense. His record here was a mixed bag spanning a spectrum of outstanding to dire. No manager of this club will get into the 70+ points totals until we get hundreds of millions spent.
