23 wins
5 draws
2 losses

A 77% win rate - the best in international football.

I think we can safely say Roberto is a success at Belgium.

I would have preferred if he was successful when he was here instead .....Wonder if/when he'll ever be resurrected from the managers graveyard that is international football, Wouldn't be surprised if he was offered a decent enough proper job of the back of his stint at Belgium though, that'll be a real test for him.

As with everywhere he's been so far, he'll set records.

Henry: crying his eyes out, inconsolable and hugging Roberto, his mentor, at the end of the Belgium game last night. Very touching.

If he remembers what the gaffer taught him, he'll do ok at Monaco.

You think he'll be a top manager Dave? Like as in win trophies regularly or even sparsely but enough to retire with a few under his belt, not just setting records which could be argued as pretty meaningless without them. BTW I think the way Everton fans behaved towards him the last few months of his tenure was pretty poor and Moshiri jumped the gun sacking him as it would of been interesting to see what he would have done with the money we've blew since his departure. I have my reservations about him becoming a top manager though.

More like he know it will all go to pot now he has left...

:D

Well Henry wasn't with him in the dugout when he won the FA Cup or set our best ever stats foir a single PL season.

Good luck to Henry. It's a big name in French football, let's hope he doesn't bollocks it up like he did with his Sky Sports career.

Still only 45 years old. He'll have another 10 years at the helm of some very decent clubs, I suspect.

I'd be surprised if he doesn't pick up one or two more trophies. Defo a cup. But a title in one of the big five leagues would arrive if he landed an elite club in any of them.

He's a very good tactician, he just needs the human material to carry his plans out.

Yes including going out of both domestic cup competitions at first hurdle for the first time in Everton's history. In his last season here the points total at Goodison Park was the lowest in the club's history. Combine his last 2 seasons and it is 22 wins from 75 matches. That takes some doing seeing we have had some pretty bad teams down the years.

If you ram the 72 points record down everyone's throats you have to take the negative ones too which also show he has failed at the clubs he has been at. Maybe he can improve to round out those bad points but I doubt it. He is an ordinary manager that got lucky at Wigan and inherited a decent team here.

3 seasons:

Best ever PL points total
Most wins in a PL season
Last 16 EL
SF FA Cup
SF LC

Pros easily outweigh the cons.

Put that to a poll, I would be interested in seeing the results.
I held a number of polls during the course of his tenure and provided pie charts to present the findings of them - it was found that they were all heavily in Roberto's favour.
Who could forget the pie charts?

We already did a poll of managers post-Kendall MK1. Martinez was miles behind Moyes & Joe:
