No we can't and I'm not sure we need to. I think better quality in a couple of areas will change the dynamic of the side massively. One of those areas is definitely centre half though, so I find it slightly odd that there was a rush of people saying keep him he's fine etc because he's not really. I get that he isn't the worst player in the world to have on the bench, but neither are any of the others to be fair. Some of them have to go, and i'd be no more inclined to keep Holgate than I would any of the other centre halves.
Any offer over £10m and bye bye.

I'd sell Keane before him at the momentNot quite sure why people want to sell him. He's a good age, English (for homegrown rules), versatile and hardly put a foot wrong during our relegation fight. Ideally he would be a squad option and not first choice but he's certainly worth keeping at the moment.
really?
I'd have him in the 20m range.
Young, English defender who can play at center back, full back, and has the potential to be a decent holding midfielder.
He did really well when called upon while Keane's form was up and down and Mina was a sick note.
There's talk of Everton getting Anthony Barry in, I think someone like Holgate could thrive under a decent defensive coach.
